Live (1)

Short Story in 45 Minutes writing

three timed sprints, a 150-character logline, three acts, and you leave with a finished 100-word story. nothing to sign up for and nothing saved off your device.

Building next (1)

The Adult Learning Model teaching

how to teach adults who did not choose to be in the room. built from 500+ instructional hours with 70+ mid-career students. you leave with a 20-minute lesson on something you already know.

Planned (2)

Market Research & Strategy measurement

how to tell whether the thing you made actually worked, and what to do when the number says no.

Japanese: Hiragana & Katakana language

both kana sets, using spaced repetition — written while learning them, so it remembers what was hard.

Challenges

Send a challenge

it lands on my mission board. if i accept it, it goes public and it is worth XP.

it must be doable in 7 days. the clock starts the moment i accept. if it is still unfinished on day 8 it fails in public and it costs me XP — so "run 100 miles this week" is not a challenge, it is a trap, and i will decline it. food challenges: "cook this dish" only.

your email is never shown on this site. it is not on the mission board, not on the challenge card, and not in the room. i use it for one thing: telling you if i accept, decline or fail your challenge, and when the video goes up. leave it blank and the challenge still counts — you just will not hear back.
